Apologies for necro-posting. This is one of the few places I can find online where people mention VAH patch files. My online searching has turned up empty.

Wondering if anyone might still have the VAHPatch110.exe or VAHSP.exe patch files floating around somewhere?

Ideally it should work on every device since it is build as PWA (progressive web app) - but you need a (mobile) browser which allows installing PWAs (DuckDuckGo does not for example).
But the mobile version is in a very early stage - so early beta maybe. The app is also available for every browser. See here. This URL is also used to install it locally if desired.

But this will also be "just" Player vs. Player. for this we got two new tools this year where people can play Redemption with each other directly in their web browser.
First Redemption Coliseum came out and afterwards the RedemptionCCG App got extended by a playing mode.
