Game Play Variations / ROTATION CUBE Q v1« Last post by Master Q on September 23, 2025, 02:54:24 PM »Have you ever wished you could play Redemption's Canonically Superior Experience (Booster Draft) anytime, anywhere? I have, and I know you have too. Two problems with that. One, gathering enough people to play. Admittedly, this cube does not solve this problem. However, see problem two: Booster Draft is expensive. You buy packs, open packs, draft cards, build your deck, and, once the tournament's over, that's that. The cards get de-sleeved, packed away, and, in our case, probably never seen again. It's great fun, but hardly practical to do multiple times without feeling like there's maybe a better way (or at least a less-wallet heavy way). So, recently, as I thought of ways to make better use of those binder pages waiting between those few tournaments a year I play in for Booster Drafts, a thought struck me of a category I played long ago, and the realization that, fortunately, there exists a way around this-
Honestly, what better way to use your cards than in the service of RCSE? I can't think of any. So, recalling what I could of Travis' first Cube draft I played in at Nats 2014, I was led to his page for inspiration. See this helpful link for the original: https://www.cactusforums.com/game-play-variations/want-your-input-on-building-gem-city-games-redemption-cube!/ So, with some numbers I could work with, I set out to make my own Cube with a modern take- Rotation cards were in, Scrolls cards were out. With many similarities and some departures from Travis' TLG Cube, this is what I came up with: 720 Cards (Enough for 12 players at 4 packs of 15 for 60 cards per player Brigade Totals (excluding DAC, Covs, and Curses 7 Good brigades x 7 = 280 Good Cards 6 Evil brigades x 6 = 276 Evil Cards 164 other cards Totals (with DAC, Covs, and Curses counted) 319 Good Cards 319 Evil Cards 82 Neutral Cards 34

Type 1 Deck Advice / Re: Type 1 deck« Last post by Sean on August 22, 2025, 07:10:27 PM »You'll want to look into the Israel's Inheritance purple offense plus the newest David promo for the offense unless you're ok using GoC disciples as your purple. Disciples get most of their power from being clay but they all have purple as well.
Palegreen hasn't seen a lot of strong support recently, but it is playable, especially if you pair it with orange. There is a lot of synergy with magicians and demons. The most recent support for palegreen is Egyptians which look nice and strong when you read the cards and what they do but they don't pack the punch in actual play to be very strong. The nice thing about purple and palegreen is that there are a few dual alignment cards that are purple/palegreen so you'd be able to use them for either offense or defense. 37
