Is there seriously, NO ONE from any of the regions below who is willing to step forward and represent their region?  Come on guys, let's have some volunteers :)

North West (2 spots)
South West (2 spots)
North Central (1 spot)
South Central (2 spots)
Midwest (1 spot)
