Is Kirk active online anymore? If he's not that Prof and myself seem to be the defacto choices for representatives.
I'm guessing he'd be available for the summer. school seems to be the usual place to put mysterious board disappearences.

Yeah probably. But hey, if California doesn't choose me I'm down for representing the NW.  ;)
As a national champion, I support ReyZen deck pouches.

In the next two weeks each of the 8 regions has the opportunity to field two representatives against every other region.
1 week left to pick reps for the 7 remaining regions (SE being done already).

I heard from Kirk, and he's thinking that he's out.  Therefore, it looks like Pol and I will defend the East Central region together (assuming that Crash is ok with it).

That leaves 6 more regions, and 5 more days for their representatives to be chosen.

So Prof and Pol for EC, and Josh Kopp and myself for SE? When do we find the other regions out?

for the NE region I would volunteer
Redemptioncousin (mat stupenski)
Redemption101 (david Loukides)
CJ Sports (clayton stupenski)

The problem being i will have no comp acess for the summer i will see if the other two would consider doing it.  (guess I should run with ends of the earth, dragon raid just didn't cut it.

Now to convince
Nick archic
Sam Nurge
Mike mendicino to play online.....

That's a really skewed view of the Northeast. Wanna be a little more focused on MA/CT there? ;)

My picks for NE (in order) would look like this:

Nick Archick (kind of online)
Sam Nurge (not online)
Justin Sangillo (kind of online)
John M. (higher if type 2) (kind of online)
Matt Stupienski (online)
Myself (online)
Mark Vellake (kind of online)

R101 and CJ were excluded simply because I have not played them to judge.

Not sure if anyone is actually keeping votes, but my opinion for the NC Region would be:

Gabe Isbell and Tim Maly. Justin Alstad if one of them can't play.

I personally would recommend seeing if those players for those regions are willing. If we're not quite finished at the end of this week, we can extend it out until the end of may.

EC region updated on main post.

I'd put Justin ahead of Maly if T2 is as well represented as T1.

Erm. Maly is just as good in T2 as he is in T1... He's got national championships in both.

Additonally Tim and Justin split the T2 title in NC region every other year pratically, cept last year, kudos to Chuch again ;)

So I'm glad I get the deciding vote in who participates in our region, and didn't even know this was going on until today and my region was already full!   :P

But seriously, I'm cool with Prof & Pol representing our region.  Plus I don't really have a clue of anyone in our region outside of TN.  So Prof should probably be the representative for our region, but I'm flattered with the nomination!   :)

Since uthminister hasnt piped in yet I will give some guidance being the "second" largest tournament host and soon to be a regional host for the MW

Michael Welch
Jonathan Greeson
Matt Archibald
Ron Sias
Jonathan Pequinot
Jacob Stroh
Rod Stewart
Josh Knitt
Ryan Ertmer

I dont know Ryan Ermer, Josh Knitt or Michael Welch.  I only know Ron Sias by Reputation but that is good enough for me.

Jonathan Greeson and Ron Sias (not in that order  ;) ).
If Jonathan is in the NE then I would have to say Jonathan pequinot...only because I really dont have the time to do it

Ok, I know Sias isn't super active on the boards, so Lets decide on Greeson's status, then contact him and Pequinot, or a third choice for you.

It comes down to who wants to claim me.  I have played the last 2 years out of the NE, but I started my Redemption career in the Midwest (which equals out to about 4 years).  I could go with either, and I would be honored to play if the powers that be deem me worthy.

Well it sounds like Matt wants to claim you.  And considering the larger number of people who could represent the NE, I would guess that the MW could really benefit from your representation :)

Ok Greeson will be in for the Midwest and I will keep trying for Jonathan.  But if he doesnt contact me then I will throw my hat in the ring.

I dont have much time, but with summer coming up maybe that will change a bit.

I've gained points from high level (states & regionals) tournaments in the SE too. So I suppose that's a possibility: and I've lived in the SE for most of my life. I'm not sure where I belong in this world anymore.   ;)

I think we're all set in the SE. Josh Kopp was representing FL and the guys up in Georgia were figuring out who to represent the "North Southest." I think it would be better for Soul Seeker to represent a region that doesn't have representation yet, just to be fair. Souls Seeker just happens to be the most versatile player available.  ;D

What tournaments have you gone to in the SE?

Several:  KY State, North Carolina State   My first big tournament was SE Regionals when DJ hosted it in Lexington, NC.  I have to go back to look to see if ProfU has had a regionals too.  Those are the ones that immediately jump to mind when I reference the SE.

Side note:  GA state was 1 or 2 weeks off from me making it a couple of years ago (when on a mission trip to Atlanta).
