Yeah guys, um, about half of that trailer is from the movie Zodiac, and most of the other scenes are vague enough to have been cut from the other Batman movies. The trailer is obviously a fake.
According to imdb, the third Batman movie is as of yet untitled, and has a release date in 2012.

Actually, I'm pretty sure the scene from the restaurant where the lady goes, "Oh...and, who are you?" is from The Machinist, a movie which I only saw part of.

Simply clicking through to the YouTube video's page would reveal the poster saying it was a fan video. That being said, I'd watch that movie.

Absolutely not. DT would never be a villian! That said, yes he'd be a good job. The real challenge would be him as Robin.
