According to imdb (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1345836/), the third Batman movie is as of yet untitled, and has a release date in 2012.

Actually, I'm pretty sure the scene from the restaurant where the lady goes, "Oh...and, who are you?" is from The Machinist, a movie which I only saw part of.

Absolutely not. DT would never be a villian! That said, yes he'd be a good job. The real challenge would be him as Robin.
