How come every thread on this forum is so boring now? I mean I know most or all of us are Christians, but this lack of creativity is getting annoying.

The other day I thought about reviving the "No, you're thinking of..." thread but I didn't think people would actually keep it going.

I whole hearted lay agree with you, Alex but as for me I'm trying to keep the boards alive with discussion and it doesn't do me any good if people aren't willing to be apart of the discussion. But we need to think of something to help make the boards more fun. I wish the whole groups rule wasn't in effect cause tkp and ywtu made the boards a lot more fun back in the day. But such as life and the best thing we could do is keep trying to think of discussions to talk about or come up with new type concepts

No, you were thinking of reviving a "Save Q Foundation" thread...

I'm sure there is a happy medium, but I don't agree that we need trolls.  Trolls are often mean-spirited, and I will moderate mean-spiritedness.

My real worry (maybe I will go as far to say as belief) is that the boards reflect the state of the game, slowly dieing.  Don't get me wrong...I don't want the game to die, but it is hard to be optimistic.

Why do you want the game to die, Soul Seeker?

Does asking more game/rulings questions count as keeping the forums interesting?

I think people like you posting does, because you have told me you represent a lot of newer players and their questions.  I like seeing that, and we haven't had quite a prolific question poster as you for awhile ;)

I could go start up a nice goat thread, if you like.

I do agree, though. Perhaps some posting games should go up.

As I thought would happen: With goats no longer being taboo or "forbidden fruit," they've lost all their appeal.  Who wants to post about a boring animal if it is no longer rebellious?

What do I know...I'm just an old man.   :kenobi:

Fight me  :-*

I still read and mod but there's nothing to say most of the time.

This is the best line in the whole thread and nobody has commented on it yet. I'm assuming it was meant as a troll, but because nobody is reacting I'm starting to wonder if people just accept it.

It's not a troll in anyway. It's just 100% true.

I'll second that.

I've been enjoying the games that people are starting, they're entertaining to watch (I'm too busy to get involved, sadly, but I'm still here modding). :) It's nice to see a little activity. I miss you guys.

As to Redemption, most deck types have been tried, most strategies have been used. So, there is less to discuss in those areas, which is what most of us are here for, if not for the camaraderie. (I speak for myself, I don't know about anyone else). An influx of new cards will hopefully fix this. Hopefully.

Literally, this thread would not exist without Redemption, because Redemption was the reason for these boards (I assume).

That is completely irrelevant to the topic at hand. Without early man inventing a means of communication, this thread would also not exist. Its irrelevant to the topic at hand.
