Clinging to Power
Territory Class
"You may take an evil card with a band or protect ability from deck or Reserve. You may add that card to battle, reserve a Hero in battle or underdeck this card."

Can you use Clinging to Power to start a Taunt battle with an Evil Character? I'm thinking no because shenanigans but it would also be a pretty sweet use of the card.

How to Play
● An add to battle effect brings cards into the current battle and activates their special abilities.

I think the only argument against this is that there is not a current battle if you play Clinging to Power in territory in your prep phase. (or discard phase for that matter)

Here are some real quick lists to use as a starting point. There are probably some cards I'd cut for more copies of other cards (like Water to Wine out for another Angelic Guidance) but I kept at least one of everything in and kept a lot of the Enhancement counts close to even. I also assumed you wanted to keep all I cards in one deck and all J in the other so I didn't add Strife to the J deck and VP to the I deck, for example.
