T2 needs help, badly

This is my first T2 deck, limited by my collection.  I want to cut it down further.  It also needs to be balanced.

(Yeah, I don't have all the staple doms, I'll fix that.)

you will need more ways to get initiative or more interrupts. more moses kills egyptian or the c/d swift horses that just interrupts and draws three to play next. Type 2 is more often than not built around not allowing your opponent the opportunity to play a card. Hope this helps.

In my type two defense deck for Egyptians i do 5 archers and three wise men and 4 failed objectives for suicides...and they can band if need be and abuse the horses wonders forgotten in you get it like that...Honestly one given over to egypt isn't going to do anything in that deck if you aren't doing anything that is discard....but i like this...i would replace that with another evil enhancement or another character or something like that

Charms out cuz I said Magicians out. I personally think you have too many artifacts which means you will not have the EC's/enhs when needed.

This defense looks ok, but too scattered, I would condense it. Perhaps some more negates/interrupts and same battle winners instead of the x1's, unless that's all you have.

I agree with Hiatus' suggestions. In addition I would try to get 4-5x Eygptian Horses. They help out the O.T civilizations so much, you basically have a permanent draw 2 and play next to play a CBN enslaved by Eygpt or CBN Wonders Forgotten. Just keep some in your hand because there are so many ways now to discard them in territory. This is how I see it defense going:


1x Ruthless
2x Moses Kills Egyptian
1x Spreading Mildew
1x Building Egypt
5x Wonders Forgotten
1x Egyptian Horses +4
1x Imprisoned
3x Enslaved by Egypt

Then I would take out your 5th Eygpt site and another neutral for balance

Then If I were you I would take out 2 of those 3 curses Hiatus suggested you take out for 2x Going into Captivity.

I didn't look at the offense much but one thing I would suggest is that you take out all burning inscence due to the Golgotha craze now adays. I would add another Jordan interrupted, 2x provisions, and a Grapes of Wrath.

I like Spreading Mildew here. needs more ways to stop Herods Temple, to help your discards work better maybe x2 Speading Mildew?

You have haggai and benaiah 2x and potentially zachariah who is teal/green.
