Hi guys,
I've never built a strategic deck in general, but I wanted to make a lock deck. This is one I've created to remove the lost souls in my deck so my opponent can't rescue enough to win. Credit goes to Redemption MetaGaming for giving me the idea and getting me started  ;D Anyway, I just wanted to know what you guys think of it and I need any/all tips you can give me. Also, I have not tested this deck yet because I haven't gotten the chance. Thanks!

You may want 2k horses in there if you're playing PG evil along with Assyrian Survivor for Soul Gen to you.  Possibly Confusion as well to play off of 2k horses for a SoG removal from opponent's deck. Not sure how this deck will work w/o more sites for locking souls.

The goal isn't to make the lost souls inaccessible with sites, but discarding them/removing them from the game so my opponent can't rescue them.

Maybe I'm missing something, but how will you do that? Washing Hands and Throwers will put them on top, but how will you discard them? Jephthah is the only one. King Shishak and Evil Spawn are cards you can add to do this too. I would put in some side battle cards like Troops Discharged and Sword Against Sword. John (P), Rhoda (P), and the Bronze Laver are other good ways to put/see LSs on top.

You can see http://www.cactusgamedesign.com/message_boards/deck-concepts/true-ls-drought/ for other decks that try to do this same thing.

I added some of the cards you suggested. You were right about me using Washing Hands and Jephthah to discard the lost soul which would be the top card. Thanks for telling me about King Shishak and Evil Spawn. I forgot to mention while also discarding lost souls I also want to keep mine in my deck. I can accomplish this by using Hormah and having one lost soul the lost soul (site doubler) inside it. I also plan to use Son of God with New Jerusalem to rescue two of my own lost souls. I would also use Guardian Of Your Souls to protect my LoR. I plan to use Lost Soul (Wanderer) to exchange my lost soul with theirs, and then use Death Of Unrighteous to shuffle the exchange lost soul back into their deck, decreasing my lost soul count by one. Of course I plan to use Burial to discard one of my own lost souls as well.

If everything mentioned above goes succesfully, I can discard 5 lost souls from my own deck.

You cannot rescue your own LS with SoG/NJ. However, this means that your opponent cannot do that either and needs to use his SoG/NJ on yours. Therefore, if you manage to discard 3 of yours (and avoid him generating any "extra" ones), you can lock him out.

Have you checked the REG?
Have you looked it up in ORCID?

Is not being able to rescue my own lost souls in the rules for ROOT? I'm asking because I've never read it in any rulebook for irl Redemption. Also, I thought about it, and If I put two lost souls on top of my deck and get lucky I can discard them both with two different characters, but the chances for that are really low.

Not ROOT-only, it is the rule.  You can also find this rule in the REG, under the definition of Rescue:

Quote from: The REG
Targets must be in an opponent’s Land of Bondage.

Hope that helps :)

How about a few Crimson Heretics to your deck?

Like Creeping Deceiver , False Teacher , Philetus.

They all protect N.T Lost souls from being rescued.  (That is if half or most of your Lost Soul cards are N.T)

Noted. Sadly, only 1 or 2 of my LS's are N.T.
