While that is true it may be a dead card I think it still is worth using even if you only can play it once every 2 games.

If given the big 3 (piloted by top player, getting good draws, playing against favorable matchups), I think this has the potential to win it all. But I think it is more likely to end up just outside the top cut, somewhere around 15th - 20th place.
