CoF doesn't work (well anyway), you need a 2nd hero ;)

I'd switch with David's Harp

I'd add holy grail. The best thing to do in a deck that hardly attacks, is convert your deck-discarding Egyptians to heroes and attack. It helps with the deck discard and every now and then can win a battle against a weak defense.

ok, I'm sure I'm missing something obvious, but why Salome?

and I basically love this deck. I've always loved gold...

the fact that it's not territory class gives it a huge disadvantage. High Places is a nice fix, but it's still not quite as easy.
oh, and what will you do if your opponent bands? like, suppose you play a large egyptian defense. they go Egyptian Wise Men to Egyptian Archer to Huge Egyptian. obviously, Thrown into the Sea. and one is discarded with Furnace or any other thing... either way, you're gonna have to burn 2 or more enhancements stopping it next turn. you now have 3, with only 1 enhancements left (and an AotL). hopefully they don't have Jannes, Jambres and Pharoah's Magicians.

I understand that this would be extremely rare, but Pale Green also has Messenger of Satan, The Rabsaris and Assyrian Archer. also, I've seen Gomer splashed into multiple decks... I suppose after shuffling, you can slam them with some deck discard, even though they might be decked out...

When I see a defense that uses all of these at a competitive level I'll let ya know. ;)

I was thinking on that but if I don't have 3 nails up in favor of wool fleece then POTW/Red dragon become an issue.

Hm... you're gonna run into trouble with standalone characters.... put in the old c/d immunity negating artifact that is so old and underused I can't remember its name.

haha, thanks. I put a couple Egyptian decks with 25ish cards. I haven't used those three yet, but with Magic Charms, I'll be tempted to. Egyptians ftw.

oooh, good point. that's a problem.

yeah, LN has a point. what if they have a Nero and a Garrison?

kings sword over three nails. immunity is about the only other commonly used thing that can stop you.

so if they have 3 demons, he's screwed. (you can kill one with Furnace, one with AotL). a lot of decks use KoT, Prince and another demon.

Yeah I kind of agree with Ring Wraith... I agree demons need to be stopped, but at the same time standalone is used quite often... sadly I think you need both. That's the problem with this type of deck, with one hero and a few enhancements, you need a counter to almost anything.

Can I ask why you're not using Zebulun if you want to do a single hero deck?

I think RR means he likes having a hand with which he can defend, as well as a territory.
