Is Jacob still the only one (or the best Character) that can band to Angels like Captain?

Well there is also the warriors gold version of Simeon which can band to one of the 3 versions of Coth (kings , Warriors , special promo)

and Israelite archer which can band to the Kings version of Coth.

There could be a few more but can't think of them right now.

Claudia (Wo) can band to N.T. Male Angels.

Daniel (promo) can band to Daniel Angels (Michael, Gabriel, Foretelling Angel, The Watcher)

Well that could either Exchange with an Angel or band to one or just be useful to a mono-Silver deck.

If AUTO and Captain are in your Silver offense, then Joshua Son of Nun is far better than whatever the last angel into your offense was.

And if AUTO, Captain, Joshua, and Gabriel are in your deck, then Simeon (Warriors) is possibly better than whatever the second to last angel into your offense was.

Really I'd only want something like Joshua in, because the last thing I need is getting stuck with a Human in battle that I don't have anything to play with him.

Joshua and Simeon are both gold, so you could throw a couple of enhancements in for them.  Ambush the City seems like a good one (except against Coliseum).

I'm kinda hoping not to need to as the deck space is already tight (which is why I'm looking for something to band to CotH, because otherwise I might just drop him. The only reason I play him was for the huge numbers of Jacob+CotH and Jacob's virsatility in the deck.) my issue is both of them arent to virsatile. It makes me kinda have to build them into the deck which can throw off the balance of it.

Also wouldn't Green Simeon work better (as Cherubim can band to it and the Gab I'm playing is N.T. Anyway?)

EDIT: Okay Green Simeon may not be the best option, seeing as AutO and Cap are Prophets. (Didn't know that)

Very few people would prefer the Green over the Gold.  The only reason to do that is if you are running something like an Isaiah deck because they are using several green and silver characters.  If you want to work that way, then you can add cards like Live Coal, Spiritual Warfare, Wheel within a Wheel, Isaiah's Call and then to a lesser degree Wickedness Renewed and Working Together.
