The FBTN LS is in my LoB before my opponent d3's.  They D3 and draw the 1st rounder.  They ra and rescue my fbtn LS.  When I d3 and attack can I rescue their 1st Round LS?

I would have to disagree. From what I've been told in other threads, other LS abilities kick in as soon as the FBTN LS is rescued.

how? on the card it says put into play which means lob and if it is lor, which is out of play, somebody told you wrong. it happens when it is put in the lob

This one...once it is rescued, the sa kicks in in the 1st round and it is still in the first round so you wouldn't be able to get it.

I think that's right, but confirmation from an Elder, or bearded one, would be nice.

That's incorrect. LS's aren't constantly activating, and the FbtN LS's SA continues through the remainder of the phase he was Rescued/Discarded/Shuffled in.

Now, the answer to the original question is still correct in that you can't rescue 1st round, but that's because it reactivates on your turn and it's still the first round, not because it pops back instantly when FbtN is rescued.

Sorry, I meant after the phase. I was imprecise because his question referred to several phases later in which case the abilities would have kicked back in.
