It is now official that I will be hosting Kentucky's first District tournament for 2009 on May 1st-2nd.
I will soon post the schedule for the tournament once I know about how many people plan on attending and which categories they are interested in.

Midwest Regionals was in Illinois last year. You should be happy that it's so much closer to you this year, even if you do choose not to go.

i would but i have problems about it which is my mother thinks i'm addicted to redemption whenever i mention wanting to start a playgroup and they doubt and say nobody will be intrested and it just irritates the crud out of me!

I wanted to announce that we will be having a Closed Local tournament here at Jackson, KY on April 11th. We will only be doing 3 events this time (T1-2p, T1-mp, Closed Deck).

Despite it being "closed", I would be glad for people to join us, however it is right before Easter, so keep that in mind. If you do decide to come, please let me know ahead of time for planning purposes

The schedule is still flexible at this point. We could do something on Fri evening, Sat morning, and/or Sat afternoon. My leaning would be towards having the T1-2p starting around 9:00am on Sat, taking a break for free food around 11:00am, and then returning for one of the other events around Noon.

We will be coming out to your tourney this weekend! Just let us know when events are going to start. We can also pick up the packs from your november district if you have them.

We can come either friday night or saturday. If you want one of the events to be on friday night then we will come then. We probably won't be able to get there until around 7pm.

Is this going to be an official tourney because I haven't seen it on the cactus website?
