Curious to hear best thing that was pulled from the packs. I heard a couple of strong angels and nero. How about a Warriors KoT or Harvest Time, or gasp even a playtest card?

A guy named Martin pulled an original play test card. Several people at Nats pulled multiple GOYS. I seemed to only get copies of ANB, likely as a mocking of a reason I didn't win my T2 MP game with Ron Sias in timeout.

Rob supposedly hid 2 original play test cards in the boxes of TxP he brought to Nats. Only one was open (it was Frog Demons), but since the other is still unopened, I'm not sure what it was. Here's hoping it was among those left that Bryon got from Rob...

i think we should change the name of this thread to the worse cards pulled with the texp packs...or worse ultra rares...

because really, all i've got so far are junk ultras. anyone need any casting lots, pierced hearts, siegeworks, etc etc?

I pulled two Storehouses, and I know of three other Storehouses pulled. I also pulled Three Nails and Burial Shroud in the same pack.

Yeah, and Michael_of_the_Star pulled 4 copies of Nero in his 17(?) packs.

I opened a little over 40 packs.

Pulled 6 GoYS, 9 Storehouses, 3 Burial Shrouds, 4 Neros, 2 Household Idols, and about 45 other random not-so-great URs. Also got 2 Holy Grails, 6 Confusions, 5 Great Images, 6 Dungeon of Malchiahs, and 3 False Peaces.

is no one else worried that the value of ultra rares from these sets will drop considerably given how everyone is breaking a gajillion goys, don, nero, blahblahblah per pack? ugh.

I predict value will drop $1-$2 each on the more important URs. Simply because supply and demand is still decently high since more and more people are keeping more than one deck made and entering them into tournaments.

For instance, I'm getting 4 sets of the new dominants so I can have both my Type-2 2 player decks built, my Type-1 2 player, and my "For-fun" deck made without having to switch cards.

I got a few GoYS, 2 WoP, 3 Nero, 1 Wrath of Stan, 2 TSA and 2 Holy Grail along with several other assorted ultras. Although some packs didn't have any ultra rares, others had as many as 3 or 4 ultras. I don't know of anyone that pulled an ultra from Warriors.

Rob said something about the TexP packs from Nationals being "loaded" more than the regular ones will be. The reasoning had something to do with the time crunch to put them together and locating some of the cards from older sets in the warehouse.

This means that older players will sell their cards such as goys and WoP to younger players, who can't afford it. In turn, the older players will buy more cards to play type II and have a bunch of other cards to have, and the circle goes on. I think that this idea was AWESOME.

look at the number of your patriarchs ultras compared to your apostles ultras. then you'll understand.
