Ditto(ish). It's a good book for those dealing with Theosophy (Why God allows bad things to happen), but otherwise, it's fiction.

I am very glad to see there's other people like me. When I had a boyfriend for almost two years, most people thought I was crazy not to kiss him, even my Christian friends. Now that we're not together, I am SOOOO glad I refrained. While I hope your relationship lasts longer than mine did, if it doesn't, I can assure you won't regret your choice to not kiss. Keep going strong!

THANK YOU! I read the whole Greatwinter Trilogy two years ago, and tried to recommend it to others, but I had forgotten the name of both the book and the author.

as much as I am a Ted Dekker fan, I really didn't think all those books were incredible. I liked Saint, but The Lost Books series was only for making Green better. Paradise Novels fell flat with Sinner. Skin was good until the twist. hated that.

True, Sinner was a bit of a disappointment. The reason I recommend all of them though is because each book (Besides the Serial Killer Series) contains little pieces of information about the characters and helps provide more background. Such as in the case of Billos/Billy. The only real connection with the Serial Killers is the names of the killers and something Marsuvees Black mentions about there being others like him. I just love the complexity of how Dekker has written these stories. Btw, Burn is an extremely disappointing book for Dekker fans if you haven't read it already. I haven't finished it and I've had it since it came out. Yeah, the twist in Skin was a bit annoying.

On a side note, I once worked in a Family Christian Bookstore, and I got my copy of Green 1 day before it was released... So many good perks when working at a store like that. Too bad I am horrible at promoting items I've never bought/used, otherwise I might still be working there!

I highly reccomend reading Piercing the Darkness. The most beautiful depiction of someone accepting Messiah I have ever read. I won't give anymore info in case you plan on reading it.

Agreed. I loved that book. I went on vacation with my family in Junior High (in 1987 I think) and read that book straight through. I do remember being a little jumpy when walking in the dark for the next day or two, though.

I work 35-38 hours a week, without counting getting ready and driving distance, I stay pretty busy. But before work I go work out practically everyday. I try to work out 5 days a week. You have more energy throughout the day, and feel better overall. I saw you said you're 13 though, so this might not be the best option. I would call friends and find things to do, the summer goes by too quick so get outside while you can, and hang out with your friends.

Working out is a good solution because I do a lot of sports but the problem is that I would do only for about an hour a day so that's only one thing to do. I try to hand out with friends but for some reason I'm one of the only people in my town that's not busy.

Next time try and come up with something original. And by the way I meant that people are always on vacation so no one is around to hang out with.
