Regardless of protection or restriction search deck for any male Exodus hero. May band to Shiphrah. Can not be prevented by a good card card.

2/2 (gold?)
May band to Moses or Aaron can not be  prevented by a good card.

Verse for both would be
Exodus 1:15-17

This wouldn't work as intended.
If Moses is banded in after he's not preventing the ability, he's negating it.

Also we don't really need to add to the Aaron/Moses band, Moses bands are already strong enough.

You are correct my bad I guess I would said make them CBN but they are that don't have that big of role any way and they don't have any direct connection to Moses specifically (at least not in scripture)
