Was I out of the loop on this, or is there gonna be a new tin along with the new starter decks this year?  It was mentioned in the official nationals thread that we would not be using the new 2013 tin in boosters at nationals.  Whats supposed to be in this tin(s)?!?!

It's Tin XXVI, don't recall if it's FoOF or RoA, but I think it's being released because Cactus has been preferring 60 card printer sheets the past few sets.  100 cards would go to I/J, 10 to the tin, and I'm guessing 10 new promos.  At least, that's the impression I recall from the various threads discussing the new set.

Apparently there's going to be a new tin this year. Hmmm, I wonder what will be in it? I bet I'll want to toss a few of those cards into my deck... ::)

If that's the case, what if we release the starter early (and online now) and then the Tin at nationals. Then the metagame won't be the same each nationals (assuming the tin has good stuff in it).
