I have done a type 1 deck similar to this. You need more silver convert/discaerd cards.  :)

Needs more doms, he is risens, and Consider the Lillies. I'd take out the Gatherings and Chamber of Angels. You also need to have Holy of Holies x at least 2 in your neutral.

You might also want to make sure you can stop Cov with Abraham. I've been doing it by splashing Orange (SWS, KOT, Prince of the Air) and destructive sin. It works out well beings Gates is pretty cool with Susy/Bronze Lavar.

Why take out Gathering? I could add a He is Risen, but I don't see why I would need more Consider the Lillies.

Gatherings just aren't that good anymore. You already have a large band in MMoJ, and making it FBTN via TSA rarely does anything useful, beings by the time it takes to get it and set your hero aside any deck that is well constructed should have an answer to FBTN. I'd go for 5 He is Risens. It's the best enhancement in the game. And Consider the Lillies can get them back, although 3 is acceptable. Benedictus should be in here too.

Ok. So I'll take out both the Gatherings, but then TSA becomes more or less useless, so should I take them out to? Right now I don't have many of the cards but I'll try to get as many as I can. I do agree that Benedictus should be in there. And to add everything you said, what should I take out?

TSA is still useful. If you draw him first turn he can really mess your opponent up, and many people just struggle with Angels. Not to mention you can activate your HoH and play He is Risen to band him in if they do happen to block with some large band, in addition to your set aside. If you want to get really fancy you could use Faith in our High Priest so Consider the Lilies would band him in CBN (which is something I've really enjoyed. It's similar to Gathering, but the cards are more versatile. Any of them can be played separately, and FioHP can be recurred with Consider the Lilies). I could see one of him being cut beings you won't be attacking with him constantly, but he's still good.

Why do you have The Tabernacle in there? Take that out for sure, beings you can't have both it and HT in play at the same time. I could see one copy of Striking Herod coming out too. Perhaps even Words, I use to use it in my T2 and it never really did anything. (Although my defense was very fast).


Orange/Magicians sounds like a good pairing for your defense. If you're forced to set aside your own ECs with He is Risen (in case your opponent doesn't have many out), you can always grab them back with SWS. And, as mentioned, Laver/Susy/Gates go well together.

You can also just band TSA in using He is Risen to give you a hammer negater.  Think of him as a living Blessings with additional possibilities.

Gathering isn't that good anymore? TSA gathered to TGT ladies scares me. I would try to fit in N.T. Michael x2, Ange;'s Sword x2, and 3 converts. Also you are missing Faith in Our High Priest. I would take out the Words for Blessings x2.

Why not? I didn't see any rule that said you couldn't. If your thinking about Z's Temple, that says you Can't have more then one good temple or tabernacle in play at a time.

The Tabernacle, Solomon's Temple, Z's Temple and Herod's Temple (Di) are all considered the same unique card for game play purposes.
