that would only be true if every single defense used balaams d. also, just because plague hard counters balaams d does not mean its a staple for a prophets offense.

Plague is hardly a staple. Since when is a non-interrupt, single target battle winner with no additional ability a staple?

Agreed but Prophets don't have a whole lot a ways around immunity in it self so I think it is a decent card for a Prophets offense.

I don't use BoJ in this offense because with N.T. Prophets I have it would be hard to get initiative. Two bears is good and the only band is seraph and Simeon.

i agree plague of frogs should be considered staple, especially for someone just starting.
