I'm struggling to do either.  If I go to 56, I think Hur and Gifts would be an interesting add.  I also want to add Falling Away.

If I go 50, what would you take out?

I would take out:

3 Multi-Color Sites
1 Teal Enhancement (Burning Incense, Filling Zerubbabel's Temple, Jehoiada's Strength)
1 Purple Enhancement (Royal Parade, Unified Kingdom)
Torment

Add:
Priestly Crown
Covenant with Levi
Falling Away
Prince of this World

That leaves you at 50 cards.  Perfect!  :)

Type 1 2 player or Multi?

If its Multi you can for sure drop the sites, or at least two of them, Like Gabe said,

If its for 2 player I would keep two of those, maybe all 3 and drop 2 of the battle winners.

Additionally for Multi Burial Shroud = Bad idea... All it does is make it so you can't make a rescue that turn. Drop it if its multi.

oops, forgot to mention it is a T1 2player deck.

I like the idea of dropping Royal Parade, since it only works on 2/3 of my purple guys.  Since I would only have 2 purple combos, maybe switch Hiram for Haggai?

I might drop one site, but I don't understand how artifacts are better than sites.  An artifact can be killed with DoN or many different enhancements, while sites are much harder to kill.  Maybe switch one of the 2-use sites for one of the arts?

Sites are much easier to kill IMHO. I play site-lock almost exclusively and If you're playing with 2 site-access artifacts, especially underneath lampstands I'm going to be hard pressed to get rid of both of them.

If you're playing against a true site lock deck they'll have plenty of ways to steal/discard your sites.  How can you protect them?  They can clog up your hand until you're ready to use them.  If you set them down they're vulnerable.

On the other hand, most site lock decks aren't prepared to deal with more than one access artifact.  You can hide them in your artifact pile until you're ready to use use them, then protect them from DoN with Lampstand.  They might have LuG but I seriously doubt they'll have a way to get rid of both.

Against a non-site deck you can feed Priestly Crown to Uzzah and Cov w/Levi to First Fruits.  On the other hand you can use one access site for Trumpet Blast but the other two have no use.

On a different note, I'd swap BS for U&T.

I am convinced.  I'll switch two of the sites to arts.  Which site would you keep, DR or PL?

Actually... In my current deck not counting DoN I have the capabilities to discard 4 artifacts, But I've never had to discard more than 3

For sure keep Promised Land, with Pergamum floating around I don't really want to risk D-raid anymore.

ok, I edited the site access.  Now, how to get to 50...........

Royal Parade is probably my weakest enhancement.  It only works on 2/3 Purple heroes, and I don't use it often.  Maybe take out Royal Parade and Hiram?  I wish I could remove some arts, but I really need them all imo.

Any more suggestions?

I would look at taking out Hormah. Yes its a great card, but you only have 3 Humans, and Hormah isn't always a block, most of the time you'll have 3 other souls for me, and because its sudo-speed you'll be decked out and have that soul back for me again.

...but if you do keep Hormah, add the Site Doubler so you have a chance to put 2 LS beneath your deck.

well, if I take out:

Hiram
Royal Parade
Hormah

I want to add:

Falling Away
a teal hero + enhancement (Joiakim & Jordan Int)

What do you all think?

Yes, take those out but just put in falling away. And you're good with 50 cards.

What is the record of the versions of this deck, btw? Cause most times you'll only win about 65% of the time. Against speed, it's just who is gonna draw first. And against a fbtn banding, with just one destruction, you can never really block. Maybe 12 giant? He's a great standalone.

This deck is around 80-7.  I have had a lot of success with it, adding together many different versions of this deck of course.  This exact version is about 3-0.

I think I'll go with adding FA and staying at 50.

Wow... well then that's pretty awesome.  ;D

I take that back. I guess this deck will do fine, I'd still take out those three and put in falling away though.

I'm honestly not really sure what Unified Kingdom is doing in there. Sure its an interrupt for purple, but all you're going to end up doing is banding in a bunch of other hero's to get killed. I would either put in a Captain or cut UK.

If I had one, I would.  Banding creates a huge offense of heroes that cannot be harmed.  It also works well in a pinch to use opponent's heroes (hehe TGT).

After playing a few times with the new deck, I switched to 1 artifact and 2 sites for site access.  While 2 arts, 1 site is probably harder to stop, I don't want to fill my artifact pile.  Thanks for the input, and keep it coming if you have ideas.

You guys are crazy. ::)

UK only interrupts WoP so it hardly qualifies as an interrupt for most practical purposes.  It also cannot band to CotH or any TGT Hero... :P

On the other hand it is rather nice to play first with ET and bring in your O.T. Humans, which includes a number of hard to beat Z's Temple guys. ;D

If I did add Captain, what should I take out?

No wonder your deck is like 80-7!  ;) :D

What's the point of adding Captain?  You don't have any way to band to him in the deck.  If you just want a FBTN angel, TSA would be better.

Remind me again how banding in a FTBN guy works if he negates his own banding............. I never learned. :P

It's a fbtn battle, but he returns to territory.

Interesting though... I always thought that if you negate banding, you indirrectly negate character abilities that were banded in. But the rule for a fbtn character being banded in seems to contradict that....
