Internet connection for Xbox via laptop?

Anyone know how to set up your xbox to connect to internet through a laptop?  I am running windows 7 and have tried using a few internet guides with no success.

I'm pretty sure I used a guide and was able to get it to work before, but the connection was so terrible that wasn't worth it.

I found out how to do it.  Just bridge the wireless connection with the LAN connection.

I kinda did that, but I hooked my Xbox up to Live through my tower... With dial-up. I wyn.
