When you say "I need help filling in the last few cards" do mean we should help you figure out what cards you should add to make your deck legal or are you not sure with T2 deck-building rules? If not you can find them here: http://www.cactusgamedesign.com/message_boards/type-2-deck-advice/t2-deck-rules/.

You'll find that you need equal offense and defense and at least 100 cards.

If you want cards to add, I'd suggest 7 good (perhaps a couple Tribal Elders to make a banding chain to go with Abe's Servant and Captain and some Reuben's Torn Clothes to get some preblock ignore stuff), 5 evil (you'll definitely want Falling Away, and then you should take out both Queen Tahpenes, both Sorrow of Marys, and a Ruthless and add two Egyptian Wise Men, two Egyptian Magicians, 2 more Wonders Forgotten, and 3 Egyptian Horses or Swift Horses[D]) and 3 neutral (probably artifacts such as Stone Pillar at Bethel and Unholy Writ would be good).

This would put you at 40-40-25 which totals 105 for which you need 14 souls which you have.

I agree with Koala's suggestions except I think Magic Charms would be better than Unholy Writ because then you can activate that as well as your other artifacts (though you need to add Egyptian Magicians, Jannes and Jambres to have some Magicians). Speaking of Artifacts, I would drop a Chariot of Fire and add a "defensive" artifact, perhaps Household Idols or Hezekiah's Signet Ring. I would also drop one of your Pharaoh Throne Rooms and add Pithom.

In type 2 your best hero for genesis is Jake i would cut the servants and the angle stuff and add RTC x4 and add Dan x2 and and another Jake. That would put you at 35 on offense hope that helps :).

I disagree...I believe Joseph is the strongest Genesis Hero. Not saying that Jacob isn't great also, but there's no need to have 3 of him.

And almost every deck in2 has ways around ignore.  Golgotha is all over the place in Multi and many all New Testament defenses RtC is risk especially x4
I play one in my genesis offense and pull it back with Abe's kids if I need or want it later.

Well, I wouldn't say Golgotha is all over the place but it does commonly make an appearance. I think ignore has somewhat dwindled in part by Golgotha except for TGT which is still fairly popular, especially with Disciples. I think fewer people are play Golgotha simply because ignore doesn't seem to be a HUGE part of most T2 (multi) decks.

I would add 2x I am Grace somehow... You need to have your ben and joe to have initiative at all times  so extra horse control is really nice. Popular artifacts like Darius' Decree and Covenant with Death (also big reasons why 4x RTC is not a good direction to go) stop your Abraham's descendant so I wouldn't count on those for horse control.

I would take out 2x Abraham's Servant to add 2x Reuben's Torn Clothes.

OK! I finally updated the original post and am looking for a few more opinions. (this deck needs to be ready by the T2 only)

Is there anything I could replace the falling away with? I don't have one yet.

Well, there's really nothing like Falling Away that could replace it and if you need to you can borrow one from myself or someone else for the Type 2 Only (suggested). Otherwise you could replace it with Vain Philosophy which shouldn't be as hard to come by.
