Gifts, Lampstand, and Chariot are non-negotiable. Burial Shroud, UN, U&T, HHI, and AP could be dropped, but certainly only one or two. Probably BS and AP?

I'm not sure I'd drop either of them. Pole gained some extra power by becoming CBN in the recent ruling, which makes it harder to stop, since Foreign Sword doesn't hit it. Burial Shroud in the early-to-mid game gives you the chance to get six more cards (minimum) which can be a life saver for an anti-meta deck. If you draw it, it offers a moment's respite. You might want to consider taking out two additional cards for Naz (to protect from CA) and DD (nobody techs for it).

Well, I'm looking on what to take out right now, but I'm at a loss. There are tons of things that would work with such a diverse deck, but if I can't get it to 56, half the deck falls apart.

That's because a true "everything anti-meta" would have no less than 155 cards.

/Yes, it's so against the norm, it doesn't even follow the deckbuilding rules.

The deck has changed significantly since the original. I use Prisoner Transfer instead now, though I prefer Nebbyshash. I really haven't had time to work on it recently...hopefully playtest it this weekend though.
