Few things about the deck:
- I want to add the 2-liner LS, but don't know which other LS to take out for it
- Should I add Phinehas (teal) for CBN use of Zeal?  He wouldn't see much play otherwise, though, 'cus of not having initiative most of the time...
- Should I take out Widow and add another low-numbered royal hero?
- My defense (since I don't have enough to do a true standalone defense) seems too spread out, as I only have one EC in each brigade that can use the 1-2 enh. of that brigade.  It almost seems as if I wouldn't draw well most of time.  So, what should I take out and what should I put in to make it stay the same size (if not reduce it a little)?  Uzzah, PotW, Trembling Demon, and Red Dragon are obviously staying, but what else should change?

Take out anti-angel, for sure. The deck looks pretty good, but I'd add pentacost and Phinehas, son of Eleazar and take out AoI and CoF, but that's just me.

I'll take out the Anti-Angel.
I don't have Pentacost.
Should I take out CoF for Phinehas, or one of my Teal Heroes?
Why take out AoI and CoF?  CoF lets me get back my heroes (if they are d/c'ed), though I guess I don't need it.  But, AoI is fodder for Uzzah, protects all of my characters but ET, and makes Burning Incense CBN.

Thanks for the advice - just want to know why so I can get better at deck building!

He's incorrect. It's speed-ish, not speed. And I made a 56 card speed deck and took 1st at the last tourney. I've found that taking out those 6 cards isn't as big of a difference as you might think. Not to mention that your deck, once again, isn't speed and I think is good at 56.
