You need another lost soul.  The hopper lost soul does not count toward your lost souls count.  So, for a 56 card deck, you need 7 lost souls + the hopper.

EDIT: Unless you meant the exchanger lost soul.  The hopper gives itself to your opponent, the exchanger trades places with another.

its the exchanger    the ability is "If this card is in your territory during ur prep phase, u may switch it w/ another soul in ur opponents territory"

If you play any multicolor evil enhancements, it should be lying unto god. And you could play Barthalamul(sp) for the numbers. If you play Simeon you should play Levi too. Thomas is the Michael of blues lol. Maybe Seeker of the lost with helment of brass. IDK. Answer to prayer, baptism, ehud's dagger, iron pan, job overcomes, sign of the rainbow, spiritual sacrifices, and trapped in cleverness. Ira is a must with blue. Get the FBM one, not the warrior class one and play chastisment of the lord or ira. Great combo. These are what I would put in my deck. If you are doing a genesis put Asher in too.
