Is it feasible to build a deck around a specific defensive play involving PP?

I'd like to build a 15-18 card defense that I want to include PP and Egyptian magicians and deck discard

This deck would use VP and wash basin to decide what goes on top of decks to discard.

one really fun way to play it twice in a battle is: playing it, putting it under, playing evil armor to pull it out again, and playing it again
