the reason that big banding chains aren't very good is that there are so many popular CBN/CBI/CBP Battle winners that panic demons and other big banding chains just get wiped out. So I'd say no.

I know. But if you band all the panic demons into battle, you just give initiative away for your opponent to play something nasty like AoCP, A Child is Born, 'He is Risen', Valley of Salt, and many more CBN/CBI battle winners.

I played against panic demon deck at NE Regionals, and I had four disciples (one of which was Thad) out by turn two.  Yeah, Panic Demons aren't that great.
