I figured i'd try and see how viable this strategy is since disciple came out. And I like it but i think it needs tweaking.

The defense needs to be utterly redone. Phars are about the same size as splash defenses but are much better.

it's a ctb deck. and i don't think it'd work with just 5 heroes

Well, you still need to add 8 cards with my version (in addition to the 12 card defense I mentioned...apparently I can't count?). You could add a few more heroes, but my suggestion would be to beef up the defense.
