One hint: It helps others to estimate/evaluate your deck if you group the cards like shown in many other threads (Lost Souls, Dominants, Heroes, GEs, Evil Char., EEs, Support Cards, Reserve - or similar).
BTW: Is this a T1 or T2 deck (since you have 4 Faithful Witness in)?

Yeah unfortunately Lackey does not keep the sorting when exporting decks. I meanwhile always sort and group manually when posting here.

What’s in reserve?

Reserve:
1   Lost Soul (Hopper) (FoM)

Looks like he hasn't quite gotten that far yet.

While it may be possible, I think that without much synergy between Martyrs and PostEs, it's going to be tough to get the offense to a reasonable size with both of them. BUT I've never been one to shoot down an idea so easily so I would suggest starting with this. Probably still a little big and I don't know how you get Matthan out of Reserve yet, but hopefully it gives you an idea of what cards probably aren't going to be as useful for you.

1   Zechariah, the Renewer
1   Malachi (PoC)
1   Nehemiah, the Viligant (Promo)
1   Jeshua, the Restorer (LoC)
1   Achim, the Compiler / Achim, the Talmid (LoC)
1   Zerubbabel, the Chosen / Zerubbabel, the Builder (LoC Plus)
1   David, Heart After God / David, the Contrite (LoC Plus)
1   Justin Martyr (RoJ)
1   The Woman with Child (RoJ AB)
1   Paul (Promo)
1   Angel from the Sun (RoJ AB)
1   The Four Living Creatures (RoJ AB)
1   Polycarp (RoJ AB)

1   Blood of the Lamb (RoJ)
1   First Bowl of Wrath (RoJ)
1   Overcome! (RoJ)
1   Plague of Flies (LoC)
1   Plague of Boils (LoC)
1   Royal Parade (LoC)
1   Resurrection of Martyrs (RoJ AB)
1   Love Righteousness
1   His Name

Reserve:
1   John, the Revelator (RoJ)
1   Matthan, the Defender / Matthan, the Denigrated (LoC)

Defense will probably be a little easier to streamline as the colors can mix a little better together and it's not quite as important that they do, generally. Since your offense utilizes both First Bowl of Wrath and Plague of Flies, my first inclination was to start by cutting/Reserving some of the weaker, low-number characters so that you're not as likely to hurt your own defense. It ended up meaning that I cut a lot of the Philistine stuff, but I think Goliath is the main attraction here anyway along with Philistine Commanders being pretty solid too. Another possibility to create a little more synergy would be to add Philistine Soothsayers and Did God Really Say?, but right now I think Polycarp would be your only Soothsayers hit which is good but not great. Soothsayers also gets taken out by -6/-6, but that might be alright for how useful it might be if you built around it a little more. Phicol would be another decent option for a Philly that survives -6/-6, can be banded to by Commanders, and can of course play Bringing Fear, which may be an issue after I removed some of the Phillies. Armor Bearer is also an option but he only swaps for Goliath at this point. If your offense stays the size that it is, fitting in both orange and black might prove tricky as well, but not impossible.

Evil Characters

1   Abaddon, the Destroyer (RoJ AB)
1   King of Tyrus
1   Messenger of Satan (EC)
1   Red Dragon (RoJ AB)
1   The Deceiver (RoJ)
1   The Divining Damsel (Promo)
1   Goliath (FoM Promo)
1   Philistine Commanders (LoC)
1   The Judean Mediums

Evil Enhancements

1   The Wages of Sin (FoM)
1   War in Heaven (RoJ AB)
1   Betrayal (PoC)
1   Bringing Fear (LoC)
1   Go Away! (LoC)
1   Blasphemies (RoJ AB)

Reserve:
1   Outsiders (Black/Gold) (RoJ)

With Post E's - I have enjoyed splashing Big Z, Acheim the compiler, and Jesheua. I think that these three characters are stong enough to splash in most strategies without having to go entierly Post E.

well i intended on using the PE splash for extra speed. and as useless as it can look you can use david's proc to band your martyr to the PE for chains and combos

in short i'm not that opposed to ditching some phillies and putting john in reserve but i would like some of the cards in there to stay.

David's Proclamation only bands to a king or meek Hero so your only options right now are David or the meek side of your PostEs. And yeah, you keep whatever you like and can fit. Just a few suggestions I thought I'd run by you.
