As far as Magic Charms and Simon...I'm a bit confused as to how they mesh with the rest of your defense.

One thing I will say, I ran a Judges/Philly deck at my last tournament, and one thing that killed me was Nazareth. You either need to come up with a counter for that or something, cause when Nazareth was pulled, my defense was pretty much shot. And luckily for my opponent he got it out right at the beginning lol.

In fact, a good way to stop it would be AwSN -> Joshua Promo to take Nazareth, but to be honest I wouldn't recommend adding that to deck. The real problem you will have is Hezzy's Ring. You need to make sure you put enough arty death in there or you will have a rather poor start to the game (mind, AUTO does care about either once you get started).
Taking Naz wouldn't help at all.
I do not think that Tola will do you any thing. Who is he anyway.

A lot
The main thing is that Naz hurts Philly Outpost, which is most of the Philly defense, in my opinion at least.
