The deck looks pretty fun.  The defense looks like the present deck of the guy who took 2nd for type 1 2-player:
Nathan Voigt.  I know him; we're actually live within 10 minutes of each other.

Yeah, sometimes it's nice to use both, just in case....And sometimes I might need to take out a Z Temple or something.

Is it worth having two extra cards (Angel at Shur and CotH) to support Jacob? They seem pretty out of context otherwise and if he gets discarded, you'll have a hard time justifying them, even with their decent abilities.

Both of those characters can be independent. In fact, I hardly ever use Angel at Shur with Jacob. I'll often make a battle challenge with him just to use his ability. (Tim's nats-winning deck used Angel at Shur, too.) I guess, maybe, I could replace Captain with Zebulun. I can hardly see myself using his ability often, though. :-\

Also, I've been thinking of adding Zimri, Son of Salu, to my deck, since I have two Gold female EC's....And maybe I'll add Uzzah, too...and Gibeonite Trickery or Korah's Rebellion while I'm at it. ;D

Deck Updated

Okay, I traded out CotH for Zebulun. Now, what do you think about Zimri? I think he could really be a valuable addition. Maybe I could take Abram/Abraham out to make room for him, since I hardly use him anyway. (It's just that I never want to make an initial rescue with him so that I might, possibly, use his ability another time.) Also, I don't think Numerous as the Stars is really benefiting me, since I usually only use it to take out Jacob and then play the next enhancement, and I can only do that once. Also, when I do use it, I don't really need it anyway, since I already had initiative at the time that I played it. :dunno: I guess, sometimes, it might be nice to play it while using Abe's Servant to take out a character and get my numbers up.

Now I'm rather considering trying to condense this into 56 cards. If I added Zimri, maybe I could remove an evil enhancement or two, like maybe Begging to Go Back or Evil Spirit.

...Rambling again...sorry...

Why Zimri?

I think Wickedness Removed fits better with your deck

I just don't think I would ever really get a chance to use it. Yeah, I know that Zimri is a pretty obscure choice, but he'll be very useful in the future, I'm sure.

:D I just played the wierdest game with this deck! I had discarded almost all of my opponent's cards, including his SoG, ether through deck discarding or in battle, and had drawn the last card from my deck. The score was 1-3, with me at the losing end. So, I devised a plan: I laid down all my cards, giving me no cards in either my hand or my draw pile, and then made a rescue attempt with, guess who, Zebulun! I couldn't draw any cards, and I had no cards in my hand, so I was now ignoring all evil characters. Since my opponent hardly had any cards himself, there wasn't really anything he could do. Long story short, I won, 5-3. :D
