The defense is too thin and the whole deck is inconsistent. Remove search spiritual warfare, asnd hidden treasures along with all the babs for egyptian magicains, judah, dan, seven years of plenty and eve. Then you have a genesis deck.

HT,spiritual warfare, and search all rely on Joseph,so if you really want a green splash put in Abel.

Actually, with all the ways I can get Joseph, I found he's the only green I need. Also, I found egyptians by themselves never seem to actually make a worthwhile block. But right now all my defense does for me is draw alot (except when RBD is out)

It must be how you use them. I play a Egyptian defense and can at least 75% of the block successfully. My deck though is a 70 card balanced deck so the defence can be bigger than in a 56 deck. You can draw at least 8 cards off of Dreaming Pharaoh+ Egyptian Chariot+ Swift horses. I have decked out also 4 out of 8 of the games I've played with my Genegyptian deck

You aren't trying to block with that defense. Just draw a load.

which with the new rules is not that great. SoG+NJ can't get your own souls and if your main goal is drawing than add  in failed objective to help protect your souls or wonders forgotten.

Genesis can soulgen. Thus the new rules don't hurt it much at all. add in ammy slave somewhere and you have alot of soulgen, then your drawing defense is justified.

A drawing defense can't really beat a disciples or Sam offense. Disciples have Phil and Bart a 19/17 CBN band and protect from capture and then Sam has the high number banders so how could his drawing defense beat that

By giving the Genesis offense the speed to punch through the Sam or Gardenciples defense.  As well as having extra soul-gen.

Without a doubt I say out gifts in Abel, you need him.  He's another prophet so he can use search CotW or HT + Spiritual warfare.

On the defense I would take out enslaved by egypt for failed objective.  Uzzah (not enough arts without gifts) for Egyptian magicians (so you can recur invoking terror).  And you'll also want astrologers in there too to further help with invoking terror.  You can take out imitating evil since you already recur BB and now you can recur invoking terror.

Lastly I would take out Unknown Nation for TaS so you can get some more soul gen.

Lastly I would encourage you to consider taking out Leah for Charms, Writ, Wonders Forgotten or Eve.

This should strengthen you defense a lot and bring consistency to your offense and the potential to get CotW out earlier for your offense.
...ellipses...
