I think this offense focuses too much on banding, and not enough on negating. Maharai Seems excessive to me, and Dodai's ability isn't backed up very well, as you have about three non-warrior-class Heroes. I would switch out Promised Land for Priestly Crown, and I would really get some more artifact-killers in there; Captured Ark might be the best choice. I also would get a Kingdoms of the World, since your EC's have no protection. Worshipping Demons is a great enhancement, and goes quite well with KoT; I would definitely put that in. (Last of all, I think you ment "King of Tyrus," not "King of this World." :P)

Take out Jacob for Ira (kings) and take out one of the red RoA guys for Benaiah (kings).  That gives you more tough fbtn banding.
Have you visited the Land of Redemption today?

You should try to fit in The Might of Faith and/or Holy Ground.

IMO you should use more battle winners, not just banding and negates.  The banding may work against some defenses, but you'll come up against some decks you have to attack the traditional way (with battle winners).  Freedom and Baggage are usually the best, even just those two would help.  Also consider taking out some of your non-banding Red heroes and adding in small NT heroes.  Honestly I think your banding chain is a bit excessive.  You only need 3 or 4 heroes max to win most rescue attempts, and while having more can make it easier to get a chain out quickly, I wouldn't use all the banding heroes you have available. Heldai > Abishai > Caleb > Men of Judah > Army of Simeonites is simply a lot bigger than necessary, unless you plan to go up against a lot of Philistine banding defenses.

Take out Heldai at least, as he can only band to Abishai.  I'd also take out Zalmon if I were you, he doesn't serve much of a useful purpose.  I'd add some NT heroes, Chloe if you want a female or Epaphras if you don't, and maybe take out Recruiting Officer for Spy.  I'd also take out The Stars and Counsel of Abigail for Freedom! and Baggage.  Honestly, I think you should bump it up to 56 cards and have 7 Evil Characters and 7 Evil Enhancements, it will almost always work better.

Summary:
Out:
Heldai
Zalmon
Recruiting Officer
The Stars
Counsel of Abigail

In:
Chloe
Epaphras
Spy
Freedom!
Baggage
3 Evil Characters
3 Evil Enhancements

If I were you I'd choose one brigade for defense and use that, orange will work fine if you want to do that.

Which is why I'm saying you should use banding and a few battle winners.  As you're not using FBTN banding most of the time, even having a battle winner will help from time to time when you're banding.  Your defense may be tiny but strong, but a 15-card defense is going to be MUCH stronger than a 9-card one.

Big bands with lots of negates isn't an original idea. I still recommend that you put in The Might of Faith, though. I mean, what would you do against KoT or Ananias & Sapphira with a big band initiated by Heldai? Just fall over dead? There are so many annoying EC's that could be stopped with this card. As for your defense, I think it looks okay, but I would certainly make a few changes. Maybe examine my Musician deck's defense for some inspiration; it works fantastically!
