Anyone have any suggestions for site access for a angel/philistine deck? I was playing and site access became a problem.

Dragon Raid, or The Ends of the Earth, if you have a lot of NT heroes.

Use Wheel Within a Wheel, for one. That is a powerful card anyway, and it only speeds up your deck (unlike the few cards for Phillistines that do little more than deal with opponent's sites).

Not sure if the card is called "Guarding Angel" OR Guardian Angel. It gives site access to all angels. But its a great card if you're running silver. I've made a silver/ purple heroes deck and that was a major hero in my deck.

And be sure to include Land Dispute as it can be nice even if they're not using sites, and if you're desperate or don't have many of the alternatives you can use Danites Attack.

Does Land dispute allow you to take an opponents DragonRaid or does it specify single colored site

You can take Dragon Raid as well. And if they're not using one then you can discard one of their fortresses. You could also use Joseph in Prison to remove their Dragon Raid if need be.

Joseph in prison? Is that a new card? What set is that from?

That would be from Patriarchs. It's the "interrupt the battle and remove all cards in battle" one.
