Negating Evil Characters...

What cards negate/prevent an evil character's ability without negating the heroes or enhancements abilities? Preferably in Gold or Teal. Preferably an OT character.

So far I can only think of John. But he's not OT and not Gold/Teal. Am I missing something?

   Gloria in Excelsis Deo would be good. unfortunately its not OT, Teal, or Gold. It can, however be recurred with at least two characters, is territory class, and two birgades. Would go great with Consuming Fire
