is there a hero out there that can discard an occupied site or remove a LS from a site?

I don't know if there's a hero that can do so - However, Prodigal Returns is a TC GE from Disciples that can remove a soul from a site.

it has to be a hero, its for a T2 strategy I'm working on. I thought of Doiada, but he won't work since the strategy requires non-warrior class heros. what about any human evil characters with that ability?

trying to get rid of opponents sites, im basically looking for a way to get around creeping deciever in T2 with character abilities, and this to me seemed the easiest way, I can't believe there isn't a hero out there with this kind of ability...

Well, one is the Dodai red offense, but you say that won't work. How often are you being stalled by this? Just kill them off one at a time. He can only have 4 of them in his deck. He can maybe play Torment on one of them one time. So even if he stalls in this way, unless you lose the battle, you should be able to kill off or convert CD. Holy Grail would be a good add, for this reason. Also have Am Slave and 2 Hoppers, and he'll then have more lost souls in his territory than he has sites, hopefully. I don't know what your defense is, but there are at least 3 evil characters now that go into your opponent's territory as a lost soul when they are defeated. Those would be good adds also if you can fit them.

Well, CDs cam also be healed by Wolves in Sheep's Clothing and recurred by Marketplace. Wolves.can be recurred via Golgotha and Abe's Descendant. Abe's Descendant can recur other copies of itself. Essentially, a well built Creepers's D could last forever. The problem now is the prevalence of Covenant with Death and, as you mentioned, the OT self capture EC's.

Good points there, as I'm not that familiar with the newer cards. Yes, CDs could last much longer now. I forgot about covenant of death too. While a little extreme, I agree that it would work well against a solid CD defense. Because of type 2, I wish CD had been made 2 color

Trust me, CD did not get helped in the past set. They were a top T2 defense last year, but the fact that you can only have 4 (instead of 5 like last year) that ASA can get rid of any sites (including Caesarea Phillipi), that Covenant with Death is around (most T2 decks use this nowadays, because they can get away with CBN/No SA characters), and that Assyrian Survivor, Gibeonite Delegates, and Pharaoh's Cupbearer are all potential OT LSs, make CDs far less potent. There are far better defenses nowadays. Last year, pretty much all CD's had to worry about were the Wanderer and Hopper LSs (which could be negated by the FBTN LS) and Thaddeus.

Covenant with Death, and Samaritan Water Jar are the best counters. Forcing your opponent to draw before your rescue attempt also work. Also, including the revealer, deck discard, wanderer and hopper souls are decent counters (but are shut down by the fbtn soul which any heretic defense would use). Also capturing O.T. characters into your opponents land of bondage is also a good counter. There are a number of evil characters that would fit this (assyrian survivor, ammy slave, delegates, cupbearer). But I wouldn't worry about creeper anymore. Assyrians/Magicians are the in thing right now.

Yep lol.. sorry. I know that card is basically your Kryptonite. Though it is the best T2 artifact in the game IMO. Just above B. Laver, Darius Decree, and Covenant with Death.

i didnt think of king hazel, he could work, saying they would eventually run out of artifacts.

I know you can just wait out CD and eventually get around him, its just that this offense, while an emencely powerful combo, takes a while to set up and I was hoping to be able to get around CD from the start rather than having to wait them out.

You won't have to worry about CD this year. No on in their right mind will play them this season, there are just to many counters.

Isaiah, Genesis, and Judges are the most popular. DI and TGT are out there too. As for defense genesis eygptians and assyrians/magicians are the played. I often see Genesis paired with genesis eygptians and Isaiah or Judges paired with assyrians/magicians.
