raising the saints returns to territory. a character ability that could get around the 'protect from effect' and band it in would be ideal

alright, actually discovered a potential way but need some help if this works or not.

Jeremiah with gathering of angels.

the question is, if goshen is negated (im assuming until end of battle) will the */0 character return safely to goshen and not my discard pile?
