Could someone argue that Nathan's ability activates before you could use Golgotha's ability?
Here's a question, fortresses play to your territory unless stated otherwise; if you have Tartaros in play with some demons in there and you block with Elymas (apostles) - can you discard one of your demons in Tartaros to use to Elymas' ability to discard a hero in your opponents' territories and return that demon to Tartaros because of it's special ability?

First, Tartaros has been errata'd to go to set-aside. Second, I believe it's an instead ability even though it doesn't have instead wording, and the new ruling on insteading costs means you don't get the benefit.
