You have Unknown Nation activated with Goliath in your hand. Your opponant goes for a rescue you block with goliath send him back. Your opponant sends a new hero and angels him. He dies you use unknown nation get philly armor bearer. philly armor bearer gets goliath and sends him back to terrritory. With no new heroes left your opponant goes in a corner and cries....All because of Goliath....

I don't think unique characters are allowed to enter battle twice like this.
