Was the change to the T2 rules intended to limit Patmos/NJ/Dragon Raid/etc. to 1 per deck, or just something that wasn't worth keeping in favor of simplifying the rules?

Probably nitpicking a statement intended to get the main point across, but a 91 card T1 deck could include a 10 card reserve containing only duplicates from the deck, since that would be 101 cards total.  Or am I misreading something?

We discussed a lot of options for the deck building rules but I'm pretty sure we went with the simplest wording which limits all Sites of 3 or more brigades to 1 per deck, as you mentioned.

What is allowed in the Reserve is based on what is in the main deck. If the deck is under 99 in T1 then duplicates aren't allowed.
