Type 2 specific question

A while back there was a discussion as to the use of Nebushasban (You may exchange a Lost Soul in opponent’s territory with a Lost Soul in your territory) and whether or not the hero could rescue a LS if that soul was changed with another one.  I know some said that the block was successful because the lost soul wasn't there and other said it was "the location" and not the specific LS.  What was the ruling for this as it pertains to Type 2, since I didn't end up seeing the final result.

REG, "Search, Reveal, or Exchange", "Special Conditions":

If the targeted Lost Soul is exchanged when playing the Rescuer's Choice advanced rule, the exchanged Lost Soul becomes the new targeted Lost Soul.

That's it.  (Of course, it could still be successful if the hero doesn't have access to the exchanged soul, ie, Female Only LS).
