Korah says that evil banding abilities cannot be negated.So if he plays Siege, and Foul Spirit is brought in, will Foul Spirit still negate the part of Siege that bands in the opponent's heroes?

However, the battle will still be FBTN.

Therefore, I think the part that bands in the heroes still works since the banding ability is on an evil enhancement.
