Playing multiple enhancements

Ok, let's say I have Two Thousand Horses on my Assyrian Spoilers.  I have Plunderers in my discard pile and my opponent attacks.  I block with Assyrian Spoilers.

First question.  Which happens "first" - Assyrian Spoilers' ability, or Two Thousand Horses?  I would assume Assyrian Spoilers.

Second question, assuming Spoilers' ability goes first.  I search my discard pile and play Plunderers.  Then Two Thousand Horses activates.  Does it interrupt Plunderers?  And if so, and I play Forgotten History, does Plunderers not activate at all?

Assyrian Spoilers - "If another Assyrian is in play, discard a face down Artifact at random from opponent's Artifact pile. If blocking, search your discard pile for Plunderers and play it."

Plunderers - "Discard the top card from opponent's draw pile and draw the top card from your draw pile.  Cannot be negated if holder has Assyria Site in play."

Two Thousand Horses - "Holder may interrupt the battle, draw 2 cards from the top of own draw pile, and play the next enhancement."

Forgotten History - "Select up to four cards from one opponent’s discard pile and remove them from the game.  The battle immediately ends.  Cannot be negated"

The order of abilities are as follows:

1. Abilities written on the character, except for banding and CTB abilities/
2. Gained abilities on the character.
3. Warrior class enhancements.
4. Banding abilities on the character (abilities on the banded card activate before step 5).
5. Choose the Blocker abilities on the character.

So, in this case, Assyrian Spoilers would search for plunderers and play it, then 2kh would activate and let you draw two, then play Forgotten History.

interrupts interrupt the last enhancement played, so i believe 2kh would interrupt plunderers.

Isn't there something about interrupting abilities that allow you to play an enhancement and indirectly/directly negating the enhancement played?  Does that affect this scenario?

Incorrect. ITB interrupts the last enhancement played by your opp.

Well, now, I'm sure we can find a compromise...

Quote from: Instant Abilities > Interrupt or Negate Last > How to Use
‘Interrupt the battle’ interrupts all active ongoing abilities on characters and enhancements (e.g. Red Dragon), abilities that are causing you to lose the battle by removal (e.g. King Zimri), as well as the last enhancement played in the current battle if it was played by your opponent.
There, how about that? :)

Actually, he said it interrupts the last enhancement played by your opponent. The REG says it interrupts the last enhancement played if it is played by your opponent, which means that it would not interrupt the last enhancement played by your opponent if you played an enhancement after opponent's last enhancement but before the interrupt.
