Does a "Cannot be negated" prevent a card that intterupts and prevents? Cause prevent is NOT negate.

Could you word this a little easier because I'm having a hard time understanding your question.

Prevent stops abilities before they happen.
Interrupt (briefly) stops abilities after they happen.
Negate can stop an ability before and/or after it happens.  The target usually determines the range and scope.

A card that cannot be prevented cannot be stopped before it's played.
A card that cannot be interrupted cannot be stopped after it's played.
A card that cannot be negated cannot be stopped before or after it's played.
