Does Coat of Many Colors give access to any site?

I know it gives access to any brigade, but does it also give access to any site like Paul has?

Correct.  Coat of Many Colors from the Women set does not actually add the brigade colors to the hero.  It only lets them use those colors. 

Someday there might be a Coat of Many Colors that actually grants other brigade colors to a hero while he wears it.  But that card does not yet exist.  :)

That's Biblically accurate though.  Didn't David JOSEPH (major duh) only get to use it for a short time before it was destroyed?

Did I really put David there?  I think someone grabbed the bits over my temporarily unsecured  wifi, changed Joseph to David, and then posted it.  I'm ashamed at such a typo, especially as I am reading Genesis right now.
