Can King David be blocked by PotW, KoT, Prince of Persia, etc?

and if King David is forced to fight another Hero (by idle gossip or something) can that Hero be royalty? The issue for this question comes down to is a Hero v. Hero fight considered a block?

K. David....can be blocked by those demons because they are not members of royal families (which insinuates human).

K. David probably can fight a hero on hero against a royal member because the hero is not technically "blocking" David.  I'm 90% sure about that.

 +1   on all points. I am 100% sure that a hero King David would not be blocked by another hero.  ;D
