Immunity, discards, and ignore

These are a couple questions that came up during a game.

1. If a character is immune to another character, and the other character plays a mass discard, is the first character protected, or is it discarded with everyone else?

Ex. RA with Timothy. Block with Prince of This World. Timothy plays A Child is Born. (I won't post Timothy's ability because it doesn't really matter.)

Prince of this World (Pi)
Type: Evil Char. • Brigade: Orange • Ability: 10 / 12 • Class: None • Special Ability: Immune to lone Heroes. • Identifiers: NT Male Demon • Verse: John 14:30 • Availability: Priests booster packs (Rare)

A Child is Born (P)
Type: Hero Enh. • Brigade: White • Ability: None • Class: None • Special Ability: Discard all Demons in Play. Cannot be interrupted, negated, or prevented. • Errata: Discard all demons in play. Cannot be negated. • Identifiers: None • Verse: Luke 2:7 • Availability: Promotional cards (2002 Regional Tournament)

2. If a good ignore card is redirected, what happens? Does the EC ignore the hero, giving the hero access? Would the battle end in a stalemate if the hero doesn't have anything else?

Ex. Ahimaaz goes for an RA. Block with Bear. Ahimaaz plays Burning Incense. Bear plays Denying Blame.(Altar of Incense was not active.)

Burning Incense (Pi)
Type: Hero Enh. • Brigade: Teal • Ability: 1 / 1 • Class: None • Special Ability: All Heroes ignore an evil brigade of holder’s choice. Cannot be negated if Altar of Incense is active. • Identifiers: None • Verse: Luke 1:9 • Availability: Priests booster packs (Common)

Denying Blame (G)
Type: Evil Enh. • Brigade: Black • Ability: None • Class: none • Special Ability: Interrupt and redirect the last good enhancement played in battle (play the redirected enhancement as if it were yours, regardless of its brigade color). • Identifiers: None • Verse: Matthew 27:24 • Availability: G Deck
ANB is good. Change my mind.

1.) They're immune, so the mass discard can't hurt them (just a note: protect is something completely different)
2.) The heroes still ignore a brigade, just the blocker chooses the brigade.
