Great Faith: Exchange this enh with another good enh in your draw pile.( you may place in hand or battle).I'm assuming to go into battle it must be of same brigade.Is this correct?

Yes, enhancements can only be played on a character of matching brigade.

well not necessarily...it just must be the same brigade as your hero.
   For Example: Lydia is the hero so Great Faith can be played....search for Words of Encouragement and then play it....2 different brigades but Lydia can play both.  It's up to what your hero can play.
